Blue Eye Shadow and Achieving 1960s Hair

In most of my photo shoots I have been teasing my hair and the hair of all my fashion models to emulate the 1960s.  In order to achieve this hairstyle, you have to follow these steps:

1) Take the hair at the top of your head (all the hair above your forehead) and tease it with a hairbrush.  Tease all your hair above your forehead until it is a giant poof sticking up.

2) Take hairspray and start spraying your poof .

3) Before the hairspray sets in, choose your desired poof height, shape your poof with your hairbrush, and use small plastic hair claws on the back of your head to keep your poof up at the desired height.  In addition to the plastic hair claws, you can also use bobby pins.

If you click on the pictures, you will be taken to my Carousels and Lace online store on Etsy where you can purchase this black wool sweater or blue faded skinny jeans.  Or, you can click on the link that says “Shop Carousels and Lace On Etsy” (up above).  You can also follow me on Instagram at @SashaCarousels.  Enjoy!  XOXO
