Healthy Green Breakfast Smoothie for Today

You can follow me on Instagram at SashaCarousels.  I make a healthy homemade smoothie every single morning.  I switch it up with various fruits and veggies.  I do not believe in diets, but I do believe in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Exercise and eating healthy is a must.

These green smoothies help me feel energized throughout the day.

 

 

Here are the ingredients to this smoothie:

Ginger

2 Celery Sticks

2 Bananas

Kale

Chard

Spinach

1 Tomato

2 1/2 Cups of Orange Juice

Press the “liquify” button on your blender.  I use a Kitchen Aid Blender.
